Hollyoaks actress, Alex Fletcher shared the first pictures of her new baby boy this week.
The mum-of-two spoke to Hello! magazine about welcoming her second child as she prepares to turn 40 next month.
“Hanson is the best birthday present I could wish for.
“I have my two kids, a lovely husband and we are all healthy.”
This is the second child for the actress and her husband, Neil Davies who also have 11-year-old, Yasmin.
Alex shared her fears about this pregnancy as she devastatingly suffered an ectopic pregnancy last year.
“Having the ectopic pregnancy last year was sad and scary. It made me really negative and doubt that it would ever happen.
“I wondered whether things were not working properly because I was older. You think, "It's my fault. Have I been selfish?"”
However, four months of trying was finally worth it when Alex realised she was pregnant again.
“It made me realise how much I wanted another baby. Having gone through all that has made his arrival all the more precious.”
