Tea, coffee and red wine stain your teeth so, if you want pearly whites, you will have to make a few sacrifices. You don’t need to omit them completely, simply cutting down on a cup or three will help.
 
Up your fruit and veg intake
Fruits and vegetables like apples and carrots act as a toothbrush, removing any build up and can even help strengthen gums.
 
Rub strawberries across your teeth
Strawberries are a great way to lift stains – simply mash it into a paste and rub onto your teeth.
 
Rinse with lemon water
Rinse your mouth with a glass of warm water and half a lemon. Use sparingly as the juice can cause erosion.

Drink water after every meal.
