I have always known of the Innocent Brand and most of their products, it was a very rare occasion when I was allowed walk past the Smooties range in the local supermarket. All 3 of my children love them and the fact that they have 100% pure fruit and of course never made from concentrate is a real winner for me, its hard enough to get the kids to take their 5 a day but Innocent does it all. When my delivery arrived of the different flavours the kids were sooo excited and although I assumed they would have gone for the Strawberries/blackberries/raspberries as they love this one and always pick it up in the shops but I was wrong they all wanted the purple!!, not sure why, it was their first time to try the Apples and Blackcurrant, yet it was the first box to be emptied and each carton squeezed until dry, so great result. They enjoyed trying the little games on the back of the cartons and when I put the Innocent Tubes into the freezer they loved them, and wanted more!!, I couldn't believe I was cleared out in 4 days of all Smooties, Tubes and Juices, I have to say the Juices were the last to be touched, maybe because we always have some sort of fruit juice in the fridge but although they drank the Apple Juice none of them finished the Orange not sure if the Orange was too strong as each one left them half full. My eldest daughter put one of the smooties in the freezer for about two hours and took it out whilst it was slushy and poured it over her Icecream and devoured it in seconds!!...

The smooties won over all, as they loved all 3 flavours, all were squeezed dry with the next question of Can I have another one?. Fruit Tubes were very handy and easy some I froze and some left in the fridge but equally all swallowed in seconds. I have to say I would buy the smooties and tubes again and have done since I have used all the trial products up, anything for an easy life and the fact that they are healthy for the kids gets my vote every time. I do always try to give my children Healthy snacks but some times they just keep coming back in the lunch boxes but I think come September thats going to change. My Children are aged 3, 4 and 9 and each one loved the Innocent products which is great as usually what one likes the other two don't. Delighted I did this trial as I always wanted to try out the other fruit varieties but didn't want to waste my money on the off chance that the kids wouldn't like them. Guess I don't have to worry about that now. Great Trial and great results all round. Well done Innocent for being true to your brand name.

Kids loved them as did my husband – all the smoothies were out for me as they have banana – some without would be much appreciated!
The apple and orange juices were lovely.
The fruit tubes were brilliant – would love more flavours, especially in different colours! However very tricky to open especially when no scissors available which meant they were fairly useless for popping in the bag for a trip to the playground which was a real pity..
Also I found the smoothie cartons difficult to insert straws and certainly my children would not be able to do themselves so would be rule them out for school – would far prefer the juice packaging.
Combinations of flavours were enjoyed but the strawberry and cherry were the least favourite – weird as they are DD’s favourites – perhaps they are just not meant to be together.

So in all, the flavours were popular but I think the packaging needs to be looked at – if I have problems with it, how are children meant to be able to do on their own in school?

I am putting a growth spurt in my 2 boys down to a delicious diet of Innocent Smoothies and Sunshine ! It will be hard to beat this Mummypage Trial - my boys were on a diet of 2 testers a day - first thing in the morning and straight after school - with not a drop spilt ! I myself had bought Innocent Smoothies for myself when in health concious mode (too often short lived). I knew that the Innocent range was made from nothing put pure fresh fruit squeezed and packed and that is why I always enjoyed the taste - especially Ice Cold. But I had not bought the kids packs before - they mostly got Orange and Apple juices (sometimes concentrated versions) and sugar filled Pro-biotic drinks that I had stopped giving to them when I realised how much actual sugar was in those type of drinks. So when my 2 guys got their hands on the Innocent Kids range they liked them straight away - typically I gave them a smoothie with there breakfast - I liked the idea of getting one of their 5 a Day before they were fully awake! I easily got another 1 of the 5 a Day with the Fruit Drinks with their snacks after School and Playschool - hungry boys enjoyed all the flavours - a new liking for Mango and Pineapple was a welcome change from just Orange and Strawberry flavours. We never got the Fruit Tubes to the freezer with the trial but put that right by buying a pack per week since - my boys have always had 1 ice pop per day (bad habit) but the frozen Fruit Tubes are making that a good habit ! I find it quite easy to trust the Innocent Brand as their products really are so simple - just fruit squeezed and packed. I examined all the quirky packaging myself but the boys probably were looking for cartoon characters that they see on some other product's packaging - however the packaging did hide the fact that I was getting them to eat a portion of fruit such as an Apple or an Orange which can sometimes be a battle - not so Innocent so !

I was aware of the innocent brand before signing up for the trial the innocent vehicles would have first made me aware of the innocent brand lol.

Both my girls loved all the products they tried, my my eldest would be great and would eat anything put in front of her but my youngest surprised me most, she mostly eats bland
food with NO colour ie potoates rice banana bread etc so to see her trying, drinking and loving the smoothies that were red and loving them and asking for more really shocked me, but i was also delighted and excited lol. I always look for ways of trying to get more of her
5 a day into her and now id found something she loved but will benefit her too :),

My youngest fav was the cherries and strawberry smoothie carton but once they were gone
all the rest were suddenly her fav's too lol. They were mad for them all. All that was on there minds was when they could have their next drink or tube.

I was very surprised there’s no added extras in the drinks. I’ve purchased many different brands of smoothies and a lot of them tasted like they were overloaded in sugar and just didn’t taste natural.

I knew that the tubes could be frozen and my god are they delish. I was heavily pregnant and spent many nights lying in bed sucking on d frozen tubes. Very refreshing.

Over all I’ve not one complaint about the products, my children really enjoyed testing them and continue to enjoy as they are purchased with the weekly shopping now and they get either a juice drink and tube or juice drink and smoothie carton with their lunch every day.

I had been aware of the innocent brand but hadn’t bought them before. My kids are generally good for eating veg, but I find it hard to get them to eat fruit. Fruit is so convenient as snacks (it’s not like I can put bits of broccoli into their lunchbox) and so because they don’t eat fruit, I struggle to get their 5-a-day into them.
I wasn’t sure if they would like the smoothies or the juices, but they actually loved them! I was delighted to get a full portion of fruit into them without even trying. They finished the smoothies and the juices no bother, and even asked for more later in the day. This is going to make lunch-box shopping so much easier!
I think the smoothies were the favourite. My youngest liked the Cherries & Strawberries the best, and my older girl preferred the Strawberries, Blackberries and Raspberries. They liked the other flavours too so I think I will continue to buy all the flavours to give them a bit of variety.
I tried the fruit tubes frozen and they were a big hit. We had one semi-sunny afternoon so we took them out of the freezer them and it was like they were getting a big treat! So now I can use frozen tubes as a reward instead of chocolate. Delighted!
I am so happy that innocent products are 100% natural. I will definitely be buying all these products in future.
Thank you innocent and MummyPages for letting me take part in the trial!

I was aware of the innocent brand and had bought them before, but never realised that they were free of all that bad stuff! I had just bought them in passing because the packaging was cute. When I found out that they are 100% fruit, I was delighted! They taste just as good, if not better, than other juices and smoothies!
My kids are OK for eating their fruit and veg, but they certainly aren’t getting their 5-a-day every day. It’s great that the juices and smoothies count as one of their 5-a-day.
The girls were so excited when the innocent delivery arrived. They couldn’t wait to try everything out and give their opinion…it made them feel very important J They wanted to try everything at once but we decided to start with the Strawberries, Blackberries and Raspberries flavour first. They said they preferred the smoothies to the juices, but having said that they finished all the juices as well without any difficulty. They also said their favourite flavour was the Apples and Blackcurrant, but again they liked all the flavours.
We froze the innocent tubes to make pops and these were a big hit. I thought we should wait for a hot day to eat them, but we would have been waiting all summer so the kids tucked into them one random Saturday afternoon. They didn’t ask for any other treats, as they saw the pops as their treat. So delighted that I’ve found something healthy that they actually really like.
I will definitely be popping innocent products into the lunch boxes from now on. The kids love them, they are healthy, and they are getting 1 of their 5 a day…hooray!
Thanks for letting me take part in the trial. We really enjoyed it.

Sorry for the late update, we got and delighted in finishing our innocent smoothies, juices and frubes, and they have been on the shopping list every week since. We have bought them before, but it's only when you have them again that you remember how lovely they are - this time they're here to stay. And we’re pretty over the moon about the fact that they have been on special at half price for the last few weeks, although we’ll still be buying them when they are not, yes, they are that good.
The smoothies are the firm favourite in our house with strawberries/blackberries/raspberries are shared no. 1 spot with oranges/mango/pinapples for both adults and kids (they are the ones in our trolley every week). And I’m still buying them in the smaller cartons for everyone (including mum and dad) – that way they are easy to put in schoolbags (and handbags!), or bring in the car etc. Easy peasy.
The kids really enjoy the frubes, so we’re still buying them occasionally - they are a great treat substitute. The juices are gorgeous, but we mostly have water with meals, so we haven’t switched over to buying the juices all the time.

What really did it for me and the rest of the clan were the smoothies, they’re brilliant. Who knew giving fruit to kids would be so easy. It’s true, I could give them an apple/banana/orange etc and I still do, but I do find we have fruit waste at the end of the week (that old squished banana in the school bag still features, and we’re only a week back to school. Eeeeuw). So for us, the smoothies are ideal. And they contain NOTHING other than the fruit. Awesome.
If we could add a flavour I think it would be strawberry and apple ('strapple' I believe they call it!!).

Love love love innocent smoothies. Thank you for letting us take part in this trial.

Thanks for letting us take part in this trial, we really enjoyed it. There are 5 in our house, mum and dad, 2 boys and 1 girl. I haven’t tried innocent before, of course I’d heard about it, but to be honest, I had heard so many scare stories about smoothies have more sugar than x, that I just steered clear. But when I saw they contained nothing other than the fruit, I thought I’d give it a go. And I was really pleasantly surprised. We normally make our own smoothies at home, which is fine when you have time, but more often than not I don’t, but these are the perfect substitute. Sure, you pay a bit more, but I’m actually happy to pay more for a quality and healthy product.
Favourite products out of the smoothies, frubes and juice – the smoothies and fruit tubes. Don’t get me wrong, the juice is gorgeous, but we’re not really a ‘juice’ house.
Favourite flavours in the smoothies were cherries and strawberries, oranges/mangos & pineapples and apple and blackcurrants. The others are gorgeous too, but these ones were consistently gone first.
Favourite flavours in the fruit tubes ... there was no favourite here, they loved them equally. Tickled pink
We will definitely be buying the smoothies and fruit tubes regularly. The kids are already pretty good for eating fruit, and we always have plenty in the house, but it’s always good to have new ways of including fruit in their diet, and the smoothies & fruit tubes (especially) are almost like a treat. And now mum doesn’t have to spend ages doing homemade smoothies all the time. Everyone’s a winner.
Thanks so much.
