Unless stated otherwise within the text accompanying a competition, by entering a competition via MummyPages.ie you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The closing date for inclusion in the competition draw is 31st July 2017.
- Competitions are open to all Irish residents other than employees and their immediate families of MummyPages.ie, their agencies or anyone professionally connected to the competition. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
- Only one entry is allowed per unique email address, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
- Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
- If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, another winner will be chosen in their place.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
- The prize is a day of fun adventure at Castlecomer Discovery Park, including entry into the Castlecomer Coal Mining Museum for 2 adults and 2 children, a half hour boating session on the lake, and 2 tree top walk tickets or 2 Zip Line and Octagon tickets (based on age profile – Zip Line over 12 years old). Prize also includes a 2 night mid-week B&B stay for 2 adults and 2 children at Kilkenny’s Newpark Hotel, with access to the on-site kids' camp and activity farm.
- Employees of MummyPages.ie and Failte Ireland and their families, and any third party included in this promotion are not eligible to enter this competition.
- The winner will be notified by email.
- MummyPages reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of an equivalent or greater value to that specified, should any part of the prize become unavailable.
- The prize suppliers own terms & conditions/restrictions may apply. All prizes are subject to availability.
- The winning entry will be selected at random by MummyPages.ie.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
- To maximum extent permitted by law, MummyPages.ie and Failte Ireland is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
