Following their birth on the 26th of May last, these adorable quads have made it home to Limerick.

Grace Slattery gave birth to Amelia Helen, Mollie Rose, Lucas James and Lily Grace in the Rotunda Hospital, Dublin, after she went into labour naturally. The mum had a caesarean section scheduled for the following morning.

Her husband, James, thanked all involved in getting him to the hospital on time to see the birth of his children: “I would have missed the birth if it was not for the fantastic gardaí in Henry Street, Limerick and their colleagues throughout the route in Nenagh, Portlaoise and Dublin who escorted us to the Rotunda, I cannot thank them enough for their help.”

Any parent will know just how many nappies are involved when it comes to newborns, which is why the Slatterys were delighted when Pampers, who heard about their amazing story, donated them 6,400 nappies.
