Joe and Rosie Wicks to headline WellFests landmark 10th anniversary

Ten years in, and WellFest is still pulling off the kind of lineup that makes you put your phone down mid-scroll and actually pay attention. Europe's largest outdoor health, fitness and wellness festival returns to IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham this Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May 2026, and the 10th anniversary edition is shaping up to be the biggest one yet.

The headline news? Joe Wicks is coming back — and this time he's bringing his wife Rosie with him. It'll be the couple's first-ever joint main stage appearance, which honestly feels like the kind of thing that warrants clearing your Sunday diary entirely. Joe's been part of the WellFest story since 2017, featuring in seven of the festival's ten years, so for the decade celebration it feels right that it'd be him and Rosie up there together.

WellFest co-founder Anthony Kelly puts it well: "Joe Wicks has been at the heart of WellFest since 2017, shaping seven of our ten years and helping us grow into the festival we are today. His sessions have become iconic — from the atmosphere, the energy, to the sense of community he creates, it's truly unmatched. To have Joe return for our decade year, and to be joined on the main stage by Rosie for the first time, is a huge moment for us and for everyone who has followed their journey. It's the perfect way to celebrate ten years of WellFest."

WellFest Dublin returns 9-10th May 2026 for Europe's largest wellness festival.

A word of warning if you've been quietly planning to grab weekend tickets: they're nearly sold out, with remaining availability extended only until Friday 3rd April. Day tickets are on sale now at wellfest.ie and Ticketmaster, and given the lineup across both days, the decision of which one to go to is genuinely tricky.

What to expect across the weekend

This year's festival will spread across 15 stages and areas, with over 150 health and fitness experts on the bill. Saturday's lineup alone is worth the trip — mental health advocate and podcaster Blindboy, endurance athlete and wellness entrepreneur Spencer Matthews, TV fitness legend Mr Motivator and Irish fitness coach Caroline O'Mahony are all set to appear. Sunday brings Joe and Rosie Wicks to the main stage alongside two-time Olympic gold medallist and boxing icon Kellie Harrington.

Fitness influencer Maeve Madden will headline across both days with her Queens Don't Quit workouts, and the wider lineup has grown considerably this year with over 30 newly announced names. Among them: mental health advocate and musician Bressie, skin expert and founder of The Skin Nerd Jennifer Rock, TV chef Erica Drum, pelvic health physiotherapist Shalini Wiseman, menopause expert Dr Caoimhe Hartley and award-winning dumpling chef Janet Liu. There's a lot going on.

Two big new additions to the festival for 2026 stand out. WellMan is a brand-new stage dedicated to men's health and wellbeing, co-curated by festival co-founder Anthony Kelly and entrepreneur podcast host Gary Fox. It'll tackle mental health, physical performance, modern masculinity and everything in between, with Niall Breslin, performance coach Gerry Hussey and author Paul Cope among those appearing across the weekend. And for anyone who's been looking for a way to get their gym crew or running group along, WellFest's new community initiative offers 10% off group bookings of 10 or more — available directly through wellfest.ie and Ticketmaster.

WellFem is back, and bigger

Now in its second year, WellFem in partnership with Irish Life Health has quickly become one of the most valued parts of the festival. If you've ever wished there was a space to have genuinely honest conversations about women's health — hormonal health, reproductive wellbeing, menopause, pelvic health, pre- and post-natal care — without the usual corporate filter, this is it.

This year's WellFem lineup includes pelvic health physiotherapist Shalini Wiseman, menopause expert Dr Caoimhe Hartley, mid-life coach and writer Alana Kirk, reformer pilates specialist Annie Kirwan, trauma psychotherapist Anita Lynch, Dr Louise Fitzgerald of the Lady Bites Podcast and facial rejuvenation specialist Agnes Gajewska. There are expert talks, practical workshops and supportive conversations on the schedule — the kind of programme you come away from actually feeling informed rather than talked at.

WellYoga, Women's Aid and a very good reason to sign up for Run Club

WellYoga empowered by lululemon returns as one of the festival's most popular spaces, with two days of restorative movement, breathwork and grounding sessions across the weekend. Instructors include Sanchia Legister, Allan Müller, Yoga le Naoise, Yoga With Maura, Dixie Chan and lululemon ambassadors Ali Hayes and Angie Tiwari. Whether you're a regular on the mat or genuinely can't remember the last time you did something just for yourself, it's designed to be welcoming at every level.

Women's Aid is back as the festival's official charity partner, leading a dedicated 'Too Into You' panel discussion on the WellTalk stage, aimed at supporting young women in understanding healthy and unhealthy relationships. This year, proceeds from the festival's Run Club will also go directly to Women's Aid — so if you've been on the fence about signing up, that's a pretty good reason.
