- The prize draw is open to all ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of KPSS (Ireland) Ltd employees, their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected with the promotion.
- No purchase necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.
- Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.
- Entrants must have internet access to be eligible. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to be eligible.
- Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Valid shall only be the date and time of the entrance deposited in the Promoter’s data base. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise.
- Entry forms that are not correctly completed will be disqualified.
- Entries must be received on or before midnight 31st July 2013.
- The prize draw will take place on 1st August 2013.
- 1 completed entry shall be drawn at random.
- The winner of the prize will receive the following: a 1 night break to London for two adults travelling. The prize includes return economy flights from Dublin to London, airport transfers, 1 night accommodation at a central London 4* hotel in a standard double room with breakfast, a hair makeover to the value of €250 for the winner and wash and blow dry for the friend. You and your chosen guest will be responsible for travel insurance, travel to and from Dublin airport and all other personal expenses. You must all have a valid machine readable passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable). Travel is available up to the end of November 2013 (subject to flight and salon appointment availability) but excludes Irish and UK Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before preferred departure date. Both members of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older.
- The runner up prizes are a total of 20 John Frieda goody bags worth €50 - please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
- No cash alternative is available, all prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of like value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
- All winners will be notified by email on 1st August 2013.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Details of winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter within 6 weeks of the closing date.
- The winner must be prepared to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. The winner and the accompanying friend herewith consent to transfer all according rights that may exist or arise while taking part in the promotional activities exclusively and timely unlimited to MummyPages.ie for use in all media. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. No compensation for loss earnings will be paid by the Promoter for participation in any aspect of this prize draw.
- If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms or conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion select an alternative winner based on the criteria described above.
- The Promoter shall own all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the entries and any other materials (whether visual, oral or written) generated during the various stages of this competition and the redemption of the prize, together with the entrant's name, city and age, in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis for use at the Promoter's sole discretion including, without limitation, use in advertising, other media, press releases, editorial and promotional activity, point of sale material, the Promoter's websites, third party websites (including MySpace, Facebook and Youtube), newsletters and e-newsletters.
- Accordingly entrants assign to the Promoter any copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in the John Frieda Makeover prize draw as described above in number 10, irrevocably waive any moral rights that could vest in them under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and undertake to do all things necessary immediately on the Promoter’s request to effect or confirm any assignment in this paragraph.
- All personal details and/or information given in the application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
- Neither the Promoter, KPSS (Ireland) Ltd., nor it’s agencies involved in this promotion may be liable to the winner and his/her companions, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating participation in this prize draw, or in relation to the prizes to the extent permissible by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the prize draw at any stage, in the event of circumstance arising beyond its reasonable control.
- By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by the terms and conditions and/or are in breach of the terms and conditions
- Irish law applies and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
