Ulster Gliding Centre

The club offers flying training at one of the finest soaring sites in these islands, located in a beautiful setting beneath the cliffs of Binevenagh on the shores of Lough Foyle. The excellent soaring opportunities in all seasons of the year have permitted cross-country flights over much of Ireland and ascents of more than 23,000 ft. Learn to fly in a modern two-seat dual-control glider. No previous experience is necessary. their membership embraces people of all backgrounds, both male and female, from teenage students to pensioners in their eighties.
