Active Kids Zone

Active Kids Zone is an opportunity for children to engage in fun exercise activities through a variety of games such as relays, obstacle course, hoop games, bench ball and parachute to name but a few! 

 

The class is a simple and effective way to help children achieve their recommended 60 minutes of daily aerobic exercise.

 

Using fitness games, children learn critical skills needed for development, such as balance and coordination whilst improving their functional movement patterns, cardiovascular efficiency, and all while having FUN.

 

Open to children Ages 6+ Active Kids Zone will build confidence and self-esteem through exercise and fun activities!

Classes run every Saturday at Gaeilscoil na Fuinseioge, Finsbury Park, Churchtown, Dublin 14.
