Setanta Tours

Setanta Tours are a small, family operated business established in 2010 to provide archaeological and heritage tours to public and private groups. Aude and Peadar Quine who operate and guide the tours are a young, dynamic couple with strong archaeological and heritage backgrounds. Peadar is a former Project Manager with Icon Archaeology Ltd as well an experienced Excavation Supervisor, Field Archaeologist and desk based Archaeological Researcher. He has a strong interest and knowledge of ancient Celtic mythology and folklore. Aude is the former Archaeological Field Monuments Advisor to Louth County Council and has lectured in Landscape Archaeology at Dundalk Institute Of Technology. Aude is currently undertaking study towards a Phd. thesis on the Landscape Archaeology of the Cooley Peninsula at NUI Maynooth.
