Great Western Greenway

Great Western Greenway is a traffic-free cycling and walking facility in Mayo that stretches from Newport to Mallaranny. The route is 18 km and follows the Newport/Mulranny Railway line. The trail is easy with very few steep ascents or decants and this gentle gradient is ideal for those who wish to have a peaceful, relaxing cycle while enjoying the beautiful scenery off the West of Ireland
