Monaghan Leisure Complex has a superb gym with all modern equipment including cardiovascular, resistance equipment and free weights. There are a huge range of classes available from Spinning Classes to Circuit Training. There is also a 6 lane pool that is 25 meters long with a separate children’s area. Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are also part of the complex.
