The Green Heartlands Cycle Route

This beautiful route follows the lovely landscape along the river Shannon and Lough Ree. The Greenlands Cycle is 20miles and is self-marked. It will bring you into villages, across the countryside, along bogland and through farmland. The route is designed so that tourists will pass heritage sites and spots of ecological interest.
