Exhibits in this museum include the colourful regalia of the Corporation and a large collection of Royal Charters that were given to Waterford city by English Monarchs. The building itself was built in 1003 AD by Reginal Maclvor. Throughout the years it was been used as a prison, a military stores depot and an air raid shelter.
