Harroldstown Doleman

This megalithic tomb was used as a house during the famine. It was also used as an animal shelter in the past. The dolmen is located near the river Derreen, 4miles from Tullow. It is 13 feet long and 9 feet wide. There are ten upright stones that comprise the portal tomb.
