FitKids Classes

Fitkids is an Irish company delivering gymnastic and activity fitness classes to children since 2003. Their emphasis is on promoting confidence for life and instilling in children a love for active fun. Based on several years of research all their programmes are designed to develop children's motor, cognitive and social skills. Their programmes are age appropriate and teach children the fundamentals of exercise -strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, agility and co-ordination in a safe and fun environment. At Fitkids they adapt their programmes to the specific physical, cognitive and emotional requirements of each stage of a child's development.
