The Cool Food School Summer Camp

My name is Deirdre, mum of 3, and I have a passion for healthy eating – especially where my children are concerned! I completed a BTEC in Nutrition and Health Coaching and an ITEC in Diet and Nutrition at the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health in 2016.

I set up The Cool Food School with the mission of teaching children of all ages about eating, cooking and loving healthy food.

Ignite your children’s passion in food and encourage them to eat better. Come along for a fun week of exploring food, where it comes from, how to eat it, play with it, plant it and eat it! All in the beautiful surrounds of the Fruit Room Studio at Killruddery, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Suitable for children from age 7 to 10 years approx. Camp runs from 10am - 2pm from 29th July - 2nd August with an option for early and late drop off and collections (€5 extra per day).
