They are an Irish owned company who manage and run 8 Leisure clubs all across Ireland. They have clubs in Wicklow, Arklow, Courtown, Monaghan, Limerick, Cobh, Killarney and one private facility in the heart of Dublin 2 called The Fitness Dock. They aim to provide you with innovative and exciting programming to ensure that you get the best out of your time in their centres. They run hundreds of classes a week throughout all of the clubs - Spin, Step, Les Mills BTS, Aqua aerobics, Yoga to name a few.
