Butterfly Blitz

Why not kick start off Heritage Week by getting involved in the Butterfly Blitz.

 

Taking place in John F. Kenney Memorial park and Arboretum in New Ross, this family-friendly event will take you on a butterfly adventure through gorgeous surroundings - a treat for both kids and adults alike.

 

The guided walk will take you and your children through the stunning grounds of the Arboretum where the participants will be introduced to various butterflies using an Identification Guide to Ireland’s butterflies’.

 

Provided by the National Biodiversity Centre this free event will be led by experienced guides.

 

Taking place on Saturday, 23d August, from 11:00am - 1:00pm, this is special way to spend an afternoon.
