Cavan leisure complex has lots of great facilities including, 25 Meter Pool, Fitness Suite, Sports Hall, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Aerobic Room and restaurant. Classes and activities include soccer, step aerobics, basketball, aqua aerobics, volleyball, yoga, judo, shape and tone, badminton, kick boxing and dance.
