What’s Included in Membership Access to the National 50m Swimming Pool for lane and recreation swimming, sauna & steam room. Use of the Cardio Fitness Centre with over 100 exercise stations. Up to 3 workouts a night in their Total Body Workout programme with Richie Clifford. Daytime Fitness Studio Classes and Trak Attak Circuit Class. Use of the 225m indoor and 400m outdoor athletics tracks. A monitored training programme from one of their qualified sports science specialists.
