Louis Tomlinson is currently in the middle of a custody battle with his ex Briana Jungwirth, over their five-month-old son, Freddie.
However, reports have said the former One Direction star will settle if Briana stops posting pictures of little Freddie on social media.
The 24-year-old is currently seeking joint custody, but according to entertainment website TMZ, Louis just wants the rights to approve all photos of Freddie that Briana posts on Instagram and other social networks.
However, understandably, Briana believes she can post whatever she wants, and took to Instagram to make her feelings known.
In retaliation to Louis' terms, the 24-year-old wrote: “I am a proud new mother that is extremely joyous about my child being in this world and have shared that joy with my friends and family on a daily basis – often times through social media."

However, fans were quick to criticise her post, with many saying she could turn her account on private if she wished.

According to the entertainment website, the Little Things hit-maker has had enough of ‘inconsistent’ access to his son and wants the tot to split his time half-and-half between his parents, so that he can play a bigger role in little Freddie’s upbringing.
