Unless stated otherwise within the text accompanying a promotion, by joining the MummyPages Pregnany & Baby Club, or entering a promotion via MummyPages.ie, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Promotion is open to pregnant mums who are ROI residents other than employees of MummyPages.ie and their immediate families, their agencies or anyone professionally connected to the competition. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
2. Closing date for the submission of entries, if applicable, is stated on the entry page.
3. Only one entry is allowed per unique email address, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
5. The winners for each competition will be notified by email within 7 days of the last competition closing date, and must claim the prize within 28 days of being notified. The onus lies with the entrants to ensure they have included a valid email address on their entry.
6. MummyPages.ie holds no responsibility if entry details are missing or incorrect.
7. If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, another winner will be chosen in their place.
8. MummyPages.ie's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
9. The prize is stated on the promition entry page. MummyPages.ie reserves the right to provide a prize which is substantially similar to the referenced prize if necessary.
10. Entrants must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by MummyPages.ie in connection with the promotion without any further consent or payment.
11. Employees of MummyPages.ie and their families, their agencies and any third party included in this promotion are not eligible to enter.
12. MummyPages.ie reserves the right to alter, amend or end any promotion without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
13. MummyPages will share your registration data from this promotion with its partners if this is indicated on the entry page. This is a condition of entering the promotion.
14. To maximum extent permitted by law, MummyPages.ie and partners are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
15. All prizes are subject to availability. MummyPages.ie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or comparable value should this become necessary for reasons beyond our control.
16. MummyPages.ie reserves the right to alter, amend or end any competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
17. The use of automated scripts is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any unfair means of entry as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of MummyPages.ie will be disqualified.
18. By entering a promtion, you are joining the MummyPages Pregnancy & Baby Club and by doing so you are consenting to receive communicaiton by email from MummyPages.ie. You are also consenting to receive email communication from MummyPages Pregnancy & Baby Club partners who may vary from time to time but who are indicated on the entry page and whose terms and conditions are provided below.
19. MummyPages.ie accepts no responsibility for undelivered, uncollected or damaged prizes sent through the postal system.
