A child’s safe and healthy birth is always worthy of celebration, but one day in particular has proven to be very special for the Stevenson family in the US.

Lauren and Seth Stevenson are celebrating this week, after welcoming their third son in three years – with each child sharing the exact same birthday!

According to TODAY.com, who spoke to the proud parents, 1st September is the special day for newborn Henry Lee along with big brothers Axel Lee (two) and Tommie Lee (one).

As well as their birthday, the brothers all share the same middle name in tribute to their great-grandfather.

Baby Henry Lee was born naturally, at full term, and his parents can’t quite believe they have yet another tot to add to their incredible coincidence.

“We didn’t plan this at all…And it didn’t hit my husband and I until we were at the hospital – that, oh my goodness, Henry is going to be born on the 1st, like our other two,” she told the website.

Meanwhile, obstetrician Dr William Lowe admitted to being ‘baffled’ over the amazing turn of events.

We imagine 1st September is going to be a major party day in the household from now on!
