Paris Hilton shares response to online trolls commenting on appearance of baby boy

Paris Hilton has responded to online trolls that were making hateful comments about her son’s appearance.

Paris welcomed her son, Phoenix, into the world via surrogate alongside her husband Carter Reum back in January.

Now, after sharing photos with Phoenix online, trolls started writing cruel comments about her son’s head, and Paris has slammed them for their ‘hurtful words’.

Sharing a statement on her Instagram Stories to her 24.9M followers, the Stars Are Blind singer penned, “Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter is unacceptable”.

“This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe. I've worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return”.

The socialite went on to explain, “If I don't post my baby, people assume I'm not a great mother and if I do post him there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I'm a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic”.

“I’ve dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember. Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life”.

Hilton closed off by adding, “Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It's hard to fathom that there are people in this world who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy”.

Before clapping back at trolls on Instagram, Paris also commented on a TikTok video that was calling out the mean comments about her first child.

The mum-of-one said, “There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain”.

The photos in question were of Paris and Phoenix sitting together on a couch as she cradled him on her lap.

In the caption of the post, the 42-year-old revealed it was a milestone moment for her baby boy as it was his first trip to New York.

She wrote, “My precious angel baby Phoenix's first time in NYC”.
