Pippa O’Connor and Brian Ormond are still basking in the joy of Baby Louis’ arrival, on 16th May, and their delight has been shared by a very familiar face in the entertainment world.
As showbiz besties, Pippa is known to hit the red carpet with TV presenter and former Big Brother star Brian Dowling, and now she has bestowed a wonderful honour upon him – he has been chosen as godfather of her newborn son!
A delighted Brian took to his social media channels to share the news, with a cute collage and equally adorable message on Instagram.
“This little missy along with Brian Ormond [has] only gone and asked me to be godfather to Baby Louis. What an absolute honour,” wrote the star.
Touched by Brian’s announcement, Pippa responded with a tweet, saying: “We’re thrilled too! How lucky is little Louis – he won’t be short on love and laughter, that’s for sure.”

The news comes just days after it was revealed that new dad Brian’s eldest child, daughter Chloe, has been chosen as the tot’s godmother.
