Princess Charlotte arrives for her first day of school

Princess Charlotte has arrived at Thomas’s Battersea for her first day of school. The little princess was joined by her parents, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and her little brother George.

The young royal looked as cute as pie as she arrived at her new school.

Charlotte looked extremely sweet in her new uniform. The princess wore a white shirt, a navy and red cardigan and matching skirt. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail for her big day.

She walked hand-in-hand with mum Kate as she met Helen Haslem, the head of the lower school.

The four-year-old held onto her mum as they walked through the school grounds, undoubtedly feeling those first day of school nerves, but luckily she has her big brother George to look after her.

A source recently told People that the siblings lean on each other a lot, especially because they’re so close in age.

“She can’t wait to be with George at big school. She is so excited about it all,” the source shared.

To ensure that Charlotte has a normal experience in school, her classmates and teachers will call her Charlotte Cambridge, as opposed to using her full title.

There’s no doubt the little princess will have an enjoyable first day at school.
