They are actual living dolls.
A trade show in Bilbao in Spain has caught the attention of the world press after releasing their silicon dolls depicting newborns, animal babies and even alien offspring.
The reborn festival saw designers from Los Babyclon workshop showcase their creations and the results are completely bizarre.
Prices start from around £200 and go right up to £3000 for the animatronic designer babies.
Spare parts for these fake babies include umbilical chords and they even feed and pee.
The show is the first of its kind in the world. It caters for the particular subculture of collectors who value the dolls' unsettling realism.
Motors make the babies seem like they are breathing and even sucking a dummy.
As well as human babies, and ones that look like the blue aliens from the film "Avatar", the company makes baby chimpanzees, tiny mermaids and infants with elf-style pointed ears.
Buyers can purchase the mould of the dolls and paint it themselves or buy it 'ready to go'.
