Kellogg’s Special K believes that all women deserve to feel fabulous every day and to celebrate the first ever National Gains Day which happened in January, Kellogg's Special K gave one MummyPages fan the chance to win a lifestyle prize that could make her year! The prize included a luxurious night at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin, followed by a day of pampering including a style consultation with Lisa Fitzpatrick, nutritional advice from expert Paula Mee and then full makeup and hair makeover followed by a professional photo shoot with Patrick Bolger.
The following morning, Carolyn started her day with a healthy breakfast when she met with dietician Paula Mee. Paula discussed healthy eating options with Carolyn, and went through their food diaries with them, providing tips and suggestions. Paula calculated her BMI, metabolic age etc and provided a full personal consultation and advice.
For the rest of the day, Carolyn was pampered with a hair and make-up session, followed by a personal style consultation with Lisa Fitzpatrick and a photo shoot with photographer Patrick Bolger.
Carolyn looked like a new woman by the end of the day and her enthusiasm and positivity shone through. She is the perfect example of why Irish women shouldn't focus on just the numbers, but instead on how they feel when they make a positive change in their lives - congratulations Carolyn.
