As the sun is set to shine for the June bank holiday weekend, Tesco Ireland has revealed its top-selling ice cream flavours. Frozen lolly sales have surpassed that of traditional ice cream in Tesco customer’s shops this week with Tesco Rocket Lollies 8 pack (€2.50) beating its competition to become the top-selling frozen lolly.
Tesco Rocket Lollies are followed by Tesco mini choc ice creams 8 pack 50ml, Tesco tropical ice creams 3 pack 100ml (€2.50) and Tesco neapolitan chocolate sandwich 8 pack 90ml (€3.00). All currently available on 2 for €4 Clubcard Prices.
Maybe rather surprisingly, vanilla is the top of the flavours in ice cream – more specifically, Tesco Vanilla 1 litre (€2.19), 900ml (€2.19) and Mrs Molly’s 2 litres (€2). Vanilla is followed by Tesco mint chocolate ice cream 900ml (€2.19) which is ever-growing in popularity. Tesco raspberry ripple ice cream 1 litre (€2.19) is a close third.
