The Duchess of Cambridge wore the classiest outfit to surprise engagement

The Duchess of Cambridge made a surprise visit to Sunshine House Children and Young People’s Health and Development Centre yesterday afternoon.

Kate’s unannounced royal engagement was to help her further her research and engagement with the Early Years sector.

The mum-of-three met with the Southwark Family Nurse Partnership team and learned about the valuable work that they do.

As ever, the Duchess looked phenomenal. Kate donned a chic look for her visit and we’ve got to say it is one of her best looks to date.

The mum wore a sleek polka dot blouse, with black, wide-legged trousers and suede pumps.

Her style just gets better and better, doesn’t it?

During her visit The Duchess met mums  who have been through the FNP programme to understand how the programme has helped them and their children.

The mum even opened up about her own family during her visit.

According to People, Kate told 23-year-old Chloe Koroma about how her children are growing up so quickly.

“She said children grow up so quickly and she can’t believe that George is six already.”

There’s no doubt Kate was feeling pretty emotional, like any mum would, when Prince George headed back to school earlier this month. Not only was her little boy going into his second year, but Princess Charlotte was also starting school for the first time.

The Duchess, who missed George’s first day of school due to severe morning sickness, was undoubtedly thrilled to join her husband, Prince William and their two children at Thomas’s Battersea on Charlotte’s first day of school.

We’re sure she shed a tear or two as her son and daughter headed off to class.
