A security guard in a Sears store in the US was fired for taking photos of breastfeeding mums and posting them to Twitter.
The guard obtained the images from CCTV footage he zoomed in on and then took screenshots.
When the images appeared online, they sparked outrage, with Sears saying: “Sears respects the privacy of all shoppers. This matter is currently under investigation.”
People were outraged that the matter was then sorted internally rather than through any official police investigation.
Sears have yet to release an official statement.
