There are few things in this life that bring us more joy than a baby surprise, and it looks like the woman in this adorable video is right there with us.
New mum Kelly Washington recently surprised her grandmother by introducing her to her baby girl, and – happily – she recorded the incredibly sweet moment for the whole world to see.
In the video, shared to the Love What Matters Facebook page, Kelly explains that the whole plan was a total secret.
“My husband being a soldier means living far away from family. It’s very difficult being away when you have your first baby, but it also means that you get to surprise your grandma with her first great-granddaughter,” she wrote, in her submission.
Kelly’s grandmother is actually Italian-American, and – rather hilariously – one of the first things she asked was whether or not the baby is eating spaghetti yet!
While the grandmother’s reaction is beyond cute, we love how crazy her dog is going for the beautiful little tot, too!
