Uh-oh: Prince Louis has reached a big milestone that every parent dreads

Prince Louis is set to turn one in the coming months and we can’t quite believe the young royal is growing up so fast.

It feels like only yesterday when Kate and William stepped outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital with their newborn baby boy in their arms.

Ever the doting dad, Prince William recently gushed about his youngest son and revealed he is set to hit quite the major milestone.

During a visit to London’s Air Ambulance Charity, the Duke of Cambridge was gifted a small helicopter toy for his eldest child Prince George.

According to Hello!, The dad-of-three said: "Amazing, that will go down extremely well," before admitting Louis will no doubt be “chewing that before long,” implying that baby Louis is about to start teething.

The Cambridges have been loving every moment since Prince Louis was born, but William recently admitted that there is one thing he has been missing since his youngest son arrived, and there’s no doubt every new parent will relate to it.

The Duke said he is struggling with the sleepless nights. During a solo royal visit to Namibia, the dad said his wife, Duchess Kate, was extremely jealous of him.

“She is immensely jealous, particularly as I am looking forward to a few good uninterrupted night's' sleep this week, away from my wonderful children,” William joked.

Unfortunately, the sleepless nights will be a plenty now that Louis has started teething, but we’re sure Kate and William are pros at parenthood by now.
