Uh-oh: Vogue Williams reveals shes facing this frustrating parenting hurdle

There’s no doubt becoming a mum has been a complete and utter dream come true for Vogue Williams. The DJ welcomed her first child, a son named Theodore, into the world in September and has been loving every second with her baby boy ever since.

However, every parent knows that parenthood isn’t always smooth sailing. There are many mishaps and mistakes we all make and that’s completely natural.

Every mum will face hurdles at some stage whether that’s dealing with a toddler who refuses to be potty-trained or a teenager who refuses to stick to her curfew.

It’s a constant battle and Vogue knows that all too well.

The mum took to Instagram to share her latest blip with her fellow mums. The mum-of-one shared a snap of her gorgeous son Theodore looking as chipper as ever, but we can’t imagine Vogue is feeling as happy as her boy.

She explained that Theodore’s sleeping pattern has completely shifted. Her darling son has been sleeping soundly since he was born in September, but things have changed.

“My bundle of joy...said bundle has decided sleeping through the night isn’t all it’s cracked up to be!” she wrote.

“Four-month sleep regression you violent thing, looking forward to seeing the back of you,” the mum admitted.

Mums were quick to rally around Vogue. They reassured her that she isn’t alone and this is something that many, many mums have to deal with.

One wrote: “I just experienced this last night, and she has slept right through since she was born. I am f**ked,” one admitted.

“I am there with you! 4 months old and exactly the same, but people keep telling me it’s just a phase! It’s hard to take when you’re sleep deprived!” another commented.

Another mum empathised with Vogue: “Good luck. My daughter was a brilliant sleeper until 4 months old. She’s now one-years-old and sleeps in the spare room with me (only way she will sleep at all) she still wakes anything between 5-10 times a night! I just keep telling myself it won’t last forever. I haven’t slept in my own bed with my husband for months.”

We do hope this phase doesn’t last too long for both Vogue and Theodore.
