Vichy has unveiled a new approach to its latest anti-ageing product, Idelia Life Serum. Taking into account the affect that women’s behaviour has on skin quality, they have created a serum to ‘life-proof’ your skin.

Lack of sleep, alcohol, pollution, stress, bad diet – these are just some of the things that accelerate the skin’s ageing process and alter its quality. And while unavoidable factors such as genetics and the natural ageing process can diminish skin quality, seven in ten women acknowledge they carry out at least one action that negatively affects their skin every day.

Research has shown that when skin is suffocating, polluted, overexposed, tired and overstressed, it is less able to repair - that means wrinkles, imperfections and dark spots. Factoring this into its research, Vichy has created Idealia Life Serum, which addresses the four dimensions of skin quality: skin tone and colour, skin contrasts, expressivity and skin balance.

This new serum contains an exclusive combination of active ingredients that improve the skin’s ability to protect itself. It also stimulates cellular renewal in tired skin, smoothes and improves radiance. In simple language that means a fresh complexion, even skin tone, rested features and refined pores for you.

Eight out of ten women reported improvements in these four areas of skin quality after only eight days. 3 out of 5 women surveyed said they were even going out with less make-up or none at all after using the serum.

Idealia Life Serum is enriched with golden and red pearls to give your skin an instant boost and ideal skin colour. With its delicate floral scent, it has been formulated with Vichy Thermal Spa Water and is suitable for all skin types, even fragile and sensitive skin.

Vichy Idealia Life Serum launches in participating pharmacies nationwide on 2nd September at a RRP of €34.50.
