As a precautionary measure, Supervalu and Centra are initiating a recall of these savoury pies:
- Supervalu Signature Tastes Irish Chicken and Wild Mushroom Pie
- Inspired By Centra Irish Chicken and Wild Mushroom Pie
- Loose Chicken and Wild Mushroom pie at deli counters at Supervalu and Centra
The recall has been issued due to the possible presence of small bones.
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland issued the warning this week for all batch codes and use-by dates.
Point-of-sale recall notices will be displayed in stores that sold the implicated products as well.
