There have been some heart-warming and beautiful advertisements on television, social media and online for the festive season, we've barely stopped shedding tears.
From the annual John Lewis Christmas ads, to the amazing stories of good will shared online, this really is the time of year for giving.
Just as we thought we'd witnessed the epitome of wholesome, this ad entitled 'First Christmas' from Erste Group was released featuring an adorable animated hedgehog looking for companions, and everyone is overcome with emotion.
Poor little Henry struggles to fit in with his sharp spikes wreaking havoc everywhere he goes, from the play area to the classroom to the school bus. He finds a solution in the most beautiful way however;

The gorgeous clip is full of cute little furry pals, but the poor little spiky boy can't catch a break, until a kind-hearted squirrel lends him a hand for Christmas.
