With the evenings getting darker and the nights getting colder, it is time to face the fact that winter is coming.
And while we can't wait to break out all our cosy jumpers, the colder months can be not-so-kind to our skin.
It is important we prepare our skin for the drop in temperature to ensure it stays bright and glowing.

Make sure you drink plenty of water to keep your skin looking and feeling great - this will also help to protect it from the winter elements.
3. Increase your fruit and veg intake
Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals by upping your fruit and vegetable intake so eat plenty of leafy greens, carrots, apples and healthy fats.
Prevent dry skin and blemishes by exfoliating your face and body at least once a week. This will help you avoid the dreaded lacklustre complexion and ensure it stays healthy.

Lotions and light moisturisers are great for the summer but come winter you need something a little heavier to keep your skin protected.
