To celebrate the success of the Wipe Out Waste campaign to date, JOHNSON’S® Baby would like to take a photo of one baby from every county in Ireland. Would you like to take part?  The photo shoot takes place in Dublin at xxxx location on xx day of August 2011.  Your baby must be aged between 12 and 24 months to be elibigle to take part in the draw for the photo shoot.  Entries can only be made by the parent or legal guardian of the baby.

  • Contact phone number
  • The baby's name
  • The baby's date of birth
  • Your preferred county to represent
  • The baby's address
  • The user name you used to register for Wipe Out Waste
 
The photocall babies will be drawn randomly, one from each county (plus a substitute), on Monday 8th August 2011, from all valid entries received.

  2. The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of MummyPages.ie, the Promoter, their subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
  3. Babies must be available to attend the photocall in Dublin on 12th August, 2011 and be aged between 12 and 24 months on 12th August, 2011 to be eligible for entry into the draw. Entries can only be made by the parent or legal guardian of the baby. Proof of baby’s age and of the parent or legal guardian may be required.
  4. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  5. No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion.  Entrants must fill out the following details in the link provided: Name of parent or legal guardian of baby, Contact Number, Age of Baby as at 12th August, 2011 and preferred County to Represent. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.  The Closing Date for the promotion is 5th August, 2011. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes. 
  6. The competition prize consists of your baby representing one Irish county in a JOHNSON’S® Baby PR photocall to announce the launch of the ‘All Ireland Wipes Upcycling Race’ competition together with a JOHNSON’S® Baby Goodie Bag and a copy of the photo taken at the photocall.
  7. Entrants will be sorted according to the counties they have nominated to represent. The winners of the prize will be drawn randomly, one from each county (plus a substitute), on Monday 8th August 2011, from all valid entries received. There will be a total of up to 32 winners drawn (although the number could be less if the Promoter does not get entries from certain counties, in which case the Promoter may recruit babies to represent the counties without any applicants, outside of the competition if required).
  8. The winners will be notified by telephone/email on Monday 8th August, 2011.  If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
  9. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold the prize without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions.  The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control
  11. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing websites.
  12. All internet connection charges shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
  13. Details of entrants shall be retained by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Participants may withdraw their consent to the retention of such data at any time by declaring such withdrawal to the Promoter.
  14. All photos taken at the photocall on August 12th 2011 shall be retained by the Promoter for use in PR to announce the launch of the ‘All Ireland Wipes Upcycling Race’ competition, and may appear in national press and/or magazines and appropriate websites or other media in perpetuity. The parents or legal guardians of the babies and the babies themselves acknowledge that all Intellectual Property Rights in the images of the babies in the photos from the photocall (“the Work”) will be owned by and remain within the ownership of the Promoter and nothing in these terms and conditions or otherwise will confer on the parents or legal guardians of the babies or the babies themselves any right, title or interest in respect of the Work.
  15. The Promotion, and these terms are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. 
  16. By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winner in relation to the Promotion and the prize to be awarded.
