Ferne McCann visited her baby’s father Arthur Collins in jail. The mum took her baby daughter with her and told him that he will never see either of them again.
The mum stated that he ruined their lives.
The reality star ended her relationship with Arthur when she found out he was arrested for an acid attack earlier this year.
Ferne has decided to raise her daughter as a single parent. During the prison visit, she said, “This is the last time you will see either of us.”
She added, “This is what you are missing out on. You will never see us again.”
Ferne revealed the harrowing news to The Sunday People. The mum explained that she was furious about what her ex-boyfriend had done.
“I am very angry about what has happened, and I needed to communicate that and wanted to hear what Arthur had to say,” she explained.
25-year-old Arthur has been convicted of nine counts of actual bodily harm against 14 people and five counts of grievous bodily harm with intent. In April, Arthur threw acid over a crowd at the Mangle E8 venue London.
The former TOWIE star admitted that she believed it was important for Arthur to see what he is missing out on.
Ferne shared, “It was a difficult decision to take Sunday into that environment, but I felt I needed to confront him about a number of things, which I have now done.”
She expressed her condolences to the victims, “I strongly feel for the innocent people hurt that night and I in no way condone violence as I have already made clear.”
Ferne wants to focus on being the best mum she can be to her daughter Sunday. She is proud to be raising her baby girl by herself.
She shared that she is determined to provide the greatest future for her little girl.
Ferne welcomed her daughter Sunday into the world on November 2, 2017. She shared the news with her 1.8 million Instagram followers.
Ferne posted a photo of her daughter’s tiny hands and captioned the sweet snap, “Welcome to the world my darling. Didn’t expect to see you a week early. I’m so in love & bursting with pride. It’s a girl."
