What you will need:
- 400g dark, milk or white chocolate, chopped
- 4 rabbit moulds (or egg or chicken moulds)
- Mini Easter eggs, smarties or buttons.
Method:
- In a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the chocolate.
- Coat the inside of each mould with chocolate using the back of a spoon or a pastry brush.
- Keep the eggs smooth and pop in the fridge to chill for 10 minutes before coating with another layer of chocolate.
- Taking great care press the rabbit halves out of the moulds and use some melted chocolate to join them together.
- If you wish, you can fill the bunny with mini eggs or some chocolate sweets.
