What you will need:
  • 400g dark, milk or white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 rabbit moulds (or egg or chicken moulds)
  • Mini Easter eggs, smarties or buttons. 
 
Method:
  • In a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the chocolate.  
  • Coat the inside of each mould with chocolate using the back of a spoon or a pastry brush.
  • Keep the eggs smooth and pop in the fridge to chill for 10 minutes before coating with another layer of chocolate.
  • Taking great care press the rabbit halves out of the moulds and use some melted chocolate to join them together.
  • If you wish, you can fill the bunny with mini eggs or some chocolate sweets.
