She has enjoyed quite a successful year, thanks to the ever-growing popularity of her hit Netflix show, and it certainly looks as though The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star Ellie Kemper has just received the icing on the cake.
The 35-year-old comedy actress revealed last night that she is expecting her first child with husband Michael Koman.
Ellie announced the wonderful news during an appearance on The Tonight Show, on Wednesday night, telling host Jimmy Fallon: “I have big news – I’m pregnant!”
Jimmy responded rather fittingly by saying “Hi!” to Ellie’s baby bump, before presenting her with a tub of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for her cravings!
Ellie, who has been married to Michael for four years, is also well-known for her roles in the classic film Bridesmaids and the US version of The Office.
