Despite navigating endless trials and tribulations together since becoming an item nine years ago, it looks like Kourtney Kardashian is finally deciding to call time on her relationship with professional party-boy, Scott Disick.
The mum-of-three has reportedly threatened to leave their family home with the children if recent rumours of infidelity are proven true.
The 36-year-old reality TV star and businesswoman is said to have approached Scott regarding the heartbreaking reports that he cheated on her in New York and insisted that she will not continue to share a life with him.
Speaking to Life & Style, a source close to the couple revealed that Kourtney is at her wit's end, revealing: "She called Scott after the story about his latest infidelity came out and told him he'll never see his kids again."
Seeking legal advice on the matter, the star, who gave birth to her third child in December of last year, is understandably devastated by the revelations, with the insider going on to say: "Her team of lawyers has been notified that she's gearing up to fight for full custody of their children, too."
Admitting that the successful businesswoman has lost faith in her partner as a parent, a friend of the star told the press: "Kourtney feels she has no choice but to fight for full custody of the kids, unless he can behave like a real dad."
The insider doesn't rate Scott's chances in the courtroom highly, going on say, with undisguised scepticism, "Realistically, Scott doesn't stand a chance in a custody battle."
Scott is currently in St.Tropez without his wife or children.
