To celebrate Chinese New Year, Dublin City Council have a whole host of activities lined-up for the whole family. On the 24th, 26th and 28th February in libraries all across Dublin, there children will get to learn how to make Chinese Kites and Fans.
Taking place at Ballyfermot, Coolock and Pearse Street Library at 2:30pm, the following event is facilitated in partnership with the Chester Beatty Library.
