The arrival of the first child changes everything for a couple, and for many, it precedes or follows the purchase of the first ‘family home’.
It seems John Legend and Chrissy Teigen were well organised ahead of daughter Luna’s arrival into the world, having purchased a $14.1 million mansion in Los Angeles during the model’s pregnancy.
Now, with their precious tot four months old, the adorable couple have finally moved in to the stunning new property in Beverly Hills.
The mansion, which was previously owned by singer Rihanna, is said to hold five bedrooms and eight bathrooms – plenty of room if they decide to expand their brood!
Apparently, the property also boasts beautiful views of the city along with its oceans and famous canyons.
According to Page Six, the doting parents made quite a pretty profit from selling their New York loft, too: purchased three years ago for $2.4 million, it was recently sold for $4.5 million.
Judging by a cover feature run in Architectural Digest, it was worth every penny, too! Photos of the stunning loft featured in the magazine, showcasing its beautiful piano room and kitchen, are enough to leave us swooning.
John and Chrissy welcomed baby Luna back in April, with the doting new mum recently gushing about her bundle of joy.
“We’re so happy. It’s been really exciting and fun, and every day is so different, and seeing all her little changes is so cute,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
