She stunned a few months back when she showed off her beautiful baby bump in a nude photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar, and now model mum Nicole Trunfio has wow us once again with her latest magazine cover.

The 29-year-old, who welcomed her son Zion back in January of this year, has been applauded around the world after being photographed breastfeeding her little one on the subscriber’s cover of Elle Australia this month.

In the beautiful cover shot, Nicole is seen cradling Zion as she nurses him, wearing a blue skirt and an open tan-coloured suede jacket.

On another version of the cover, Nicole is seen glammed-up in a black dress as she holds a sleeping Zion, who is facing the camera.

According to behind-the-scenes sources, Nicole was on set with Zion when he grew hungry, so she began to feed him while posing for the camera.

Commenting on the gorgeous photographs, Nicole said: “When I saw the [subscriber] cover of me breastfeeding, which was unplanned and just natural, I teared up and thought, ‘Wow this is such a special moment where my worlds have collided.’”

The star, who welcomed Zion with her long-term partner Gary Clark, added: “There is nothing more powerful and beautiful than motherhood. The last thing I want to do is be controversial, so please take this for what it is, let us normalise breastfeeding, there is nothing worse than a mother that is judged for feeding her hungry child in public.”

Wow. These images, and Nicole’s words, are absolutely wonderful.
