Just a day after the news broke that singer Chris Brown is a father to a nine-month-old daughter, the little girl’s name has finally emerged – Royalty.
Entertainment site TMZ first broke the news yesterday, reporting that the Beautiful People hitmaker had fathered a child last year with a close friend, a model known only by the name of Nia.
While there does not appear to be an official child support arrangement set up between Chris and Nia, the website claims that the pair are “on very good terms” and Chris is “happy about being a father”.
It has been a dramatic 24 hours for the singer since the report of his secret child broke, particularly regarding his relationship with his on-off girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran.
While 25-year-old Chris is yet to address the story on his own social media channels, Karrueche made her feelings known by tweeting: “Listen. One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me.”
We expect that Chris – or a representative – will address the reports very soon.
