With the exception of one or two very cute photos, Jessica Biel hasn’t shared too much with the world in relation to either her pregnancy or motherhood – but her trainer has given a bit of an insight this weekend.

Jessica welcomed son Silas back in April with husband Justin Timberlake, and personal trainer Jason Walsh revealed how she is approaching life post-pregnancy.

In an interview with E!, Walsh said that the 33-year-old is focusing on herself and her baby, while easing herself back into workouts.

“She can’t really lose everything ‘cause she is breastfeeding. It’s going to take a while. At least here, we aren’t doing too much. She can kind of go at her own pace and it’s fantastic,” Walsh told the website.

Insisting that little Silas and her own recovery are both his and Jessica’s priorities, Walsh added: “I don’t want to stress her out too much…We can do enough to progress and get back into it.”

Jessica was notoriously private about her pregnancy and even Silas’ birth, with a source close to the stars confirming his arrival into the world four months ago.

We’re glad to hear that Jessica isn’t bowing to any Hollywood body-image pressure, and is focusing on herself and her son.
