Much-loved actor Robin Williams sadly passed away last year, and his family are going through even more heartbreak.

According to reports, lawyers for both the late star’s wife and children are due to appear before a San Francisco judge over who has claim to the actor’s possessions, including clothes and personal items.

Susan Williams, Robin Williams’ third wife, reported that items, including jewellery and memorabilia, had been taken from the house she shared with the Mrs. Doubtfire star without her consent.

Zachary, Zelda and Cody, Williams’ three children from previous relationships, claim that Susan is trying to change the trust agreement, which grants the children any of Robins’ memorabilia and awards among other personal items.

However, according to reports, Susan says that that doesn’t include the home she shared with the star but rather another home he owned in Napa.

Robin Williams passed away last year at the age of 63 after an apparent suicide. It was later revealed that the actor had been suffering from severe depression.

We hope the family can come to some sort of agreement.
